Returns Policy

When you place your order, you will be provided with a receipt & tracking code.  Please ensure that you hold onto this in the event that you need to refund or exchange the product.

Defective Product Returns:

It is unlikely that you receive a defective product as we have done our homework on suppliers; however, if you do receive one please follow the steps:

  1. Take a picture of the defective product
  2. Fill out the defective product form here (It will ask you to supply those pictures that you’ve just taken of the product so keep them handy)
  3. Find and attach your product receipt to the form.
  4. Wait!
  5. If your product refund or exchange request has been accepted, you must ship the faulty product back to us and we will refund the amount into your account with in 5-10 business days of your request.
  6. If you’d like a simple product exchange, we will provide you with instructions within the exchange authorisation.

**Please note that you will be responsible for payment of return shipping**

Non-Damaged Product Returns

We believe in our products and offer a 14 day, no-hassel refund policy. Please ensure that you fill out the refund request document here and we will return your refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us of your intention to return the product by submitting the request for refund form. Please note that if you are returning a product; all items are to be returned in original packaging and undamaged. All accepted refunds will be refunded less delivery (if applicable). If you wish to refund/exchange the product, you will also be responsible for paying the return shipping.

**Please note that change of mind orders must be shipped back to us (at your cost) and received before we will refund your payment. Once we receive your returned product we will notify you via email.**

How long will the payment take to land in my account?

Please note that general refunds may only take between 5-10 business days to fall into your account once processed. You will be refunded into the account from which you initially purchased the product. We will not refund into another account. Refund amounts take into account the exchange rate of the day (for international purchasers)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Requested a product exchange?

As mentioned under the ‘Defective Products Returns’, you will receive an exchange authorisation via email. This email will guide you on what to do from here. Please note that your exchanged product may take longer to reach you, depending on where you live in the world.
